This past week has been an eventful one in Nairobi, from the heavy rains, to flush floods but crowing the top was a surprise visit from Diamond.
The popular Tanzanian Bongo hit maker, Diamond Platinum make a surprise arrival at the JKIA on Monday for his latest album launch,
‘A Boy From Tandale,’ which is an 18 track album narrates the story of Diamonds upcoming from the Tandale slum of Tanzania to his present success as “The King of Pop.” He chose to launch in Kenya as he considers it His second home with support from His entire family.
The album launch that took place at the Kenya National Theatre, was mind blowing to say the least. Diamond and his team had costume changes for all songs and the performance was perfectly in sync.
The cherry on top was his encore performance that featured American Grammy nominated R&B artiste, Omarion.
